WHITEHOUSE - The first match up between Anthony Wayne and Northview was one to remember as Northview provided Anthony Wayne with their first and only NLL loss all season, and Northview was looking to do that again. However, Anthony Wayne had another level and they brought it, winning in 4 sets, 3-1.
Leading for the LadyKats was junior middle blocker, McKenna Hall, with 16 kills; however she left the game with a high ankle sprain in set 4 when the LadyKats were making a comeback. Also leading for the Kats was sophomore outside hitter, Hannah Frame, with 14 kills and 9 digs. Senior libero, Paige Beck, led with 12 digs, while senior setter, Aly O'Lenic handed out 41 assists.
The LadyKats return to action on Tuesday, September 26 at home when they host Bowling Green.
