WHITEHOUSE - At the start of this match on AW Senior Night, the environment was one that just felt different, like this match was going to go the distance, and it certainly did with the Northview Wildcats getting the victory in 5 sets.
Leading for the Cats was junior middle blocker, Nolan Smith, with a team high 22 kills, hitting .395, with 5 blocks. The Cats received 12 kills from freshman, Cooper Smith, hitting .243, while adding 11 digs. Northview senior setter, Dillon Ersig, dished out 41 assists and recorded 11 digs. Defensively, senior libero, Zach Joumaa, recorded a team-high 37 digs to lead the defensive efforts which was followed by Xavier Hale with 12 digs and Anthony Pedro with 11.
