SYLVANIA - With the third match of the year and the third match at home, Northview was able to defeat the Springfield Blue Devils in straight sets, moving to 3-0 on the young, inaugural season.
Leading for Northview was junior setter, Dillon Ersig with 21 assists, 3 digs and 2 kills, hitting .400 - all while leading the offense powered by Christian Berling, OH, with 11 kills; Evan Beazley, OH, with 6 kills; Bryce Behan, MB, with 5 kills; and Andrew Fineske, MB, with 4 kills. Defensively, Beazley added a team-high 10 digs, followed by John Richmond, OH, with 7 digs and Gavin Smith, Libero, with 5.
