SYLVANIA - In the fifth Northern Lakes League match of the year for the LadyKats, sitting currently at 2-2 in NLL play (2-7 overall), really needs to finish the first round of NLL play with a 5-2 record; tonight started that quest and they were able to defeat Maumee in three straight sets, 25-17, 25-12, 25-23.
Leading for Northview was junior middle blocker, McKenna Hall with 13 kills, hitting .296 and sophomore outside hitter, Hannah Frame with 11 kills, hitting .286, while also contributing a team high 15 digs. Senior setter, Aly O'Lenic dished out 33 assists and 7 digs. Senior libero, Paige Beck contributed 13 digs for the LadyKats.
Northview returns home on Thursday, September 14 at 5:00pm (JV) and 6:30pm (Varsity) as they host Springfield.
