SYLVANIA - The second meeting of Maumee at Northview ended just as the first match-up did, with Northview winning three sets to zero.
Leading for Northview was junior, outside hitter, Tatum Lazar with 12 kills, hitting .455. Also leading for the Kats was junior, middle blocker, Bri Syroka with 7 kills hitting .357. Senior, McKenna Hall contributed 8 kills and a team-high 9 digs. Sophomore setter, Clare Kwiatkowski handed out 34 assists.
With the victory, Northview moves to 12-4 overall and 7-3 in the Northern Lakes League, with 4 matches remaining in league play and 6 matches remaining overall.
Northview returns to play on Saturday morning at Notre Dame Academy. Freshman start at 10:00 AM, JV at 11:00 AM and Varsity, Live on BCSN, at 12:30 PM.
