BOWLING GREEN - First Northern Lakes League match of the year, the Northview LadyKats (3-2 overall, 1-0 NLL) were able to take care of the Bowling Green Bobcats in straight sets, 3-0.
Leading for Northview was senior middle block, Bri Syroka, with team high 12 kills, hitting .455, while also contributing two solo blocks. Also leading the offense was senior outside hitter, Hannah Frame, with 7 kills and 7 digs, and freshman outside hitter, Sydney Hires, with 6 kills, hitting .357. Junior setter, Clare Kwiatkowski contributed 32 assists, 3 kills, and 4 aces, while sophomore defensive specialist, Skylar Tiell, had a team high 6 aces. Defensive, junior libero, Emma Dukate, had a team high 13 digs.
