SYLVANIA - In the first match of the 2020 season, the LadyKats played host to the Braves of Olentangy High School. With one match under their belt already, Olentangy (1-1) was able to pull out to a quick lead and maintained that lead with errors on the LadyKats (0-1, 0-0) end. The LadyKats lost in four sets, 1-3 (20-25, 19-25, 25-17, 19-25). 

Offensively, Northview was lead by sophomore outside hitter, Kam Hunt, with a team-high 21 kills, hitting .169. Also leading for Northview was sophomore outside hitter, Sydney Hires, with 6 kills; senior middle blocker, Haley Catti, with 5 kills; junior middle blocker, Izzy Irwin, with 4 kills hitting .333. Senior setter, Clare Kwiatkowski, dished out 35 assists and 8 digs. 

Defensively, Northview was lead by senior libero, Morgan Brixey, with a team-high 17 digs, while Hires (11) and Hunt (10) also contributed.  

Northview returns to action on Thursday, August 27, 2020 as they travel to Central Catholic.
