MAUMEE - Five days ago, Maumee and Northview played well into set 5, and today was the same story and the same result - Northview was able to defeat Maumee 3 sets to 2.
Leading for Northview was senior middle blocker, Haley Catti, with 12 kills, hitting .289 and also contributing 2 blocks. Northview was also lead by sophomore outside hitter, Kam Hunt, with a team high 19 kills and 18 digs, her 9th double-double of the season. Sydney Hires, sophomore outside hitter, also contributed 8 kills in the match.
Northview's defense was lead by senior libero, Emma Dukate, with a team high 25 digs, passing a 2.38. Madi Taylor, junior outside hitter, contributed 19 digs, and passed a 2.39. The team had 101 total digs on the night and passed a 2.16.
