SYLVANIA - In the Crosstown Showdown, part 2, Southview was able to defeat Northview in 4 sets. This match moves Northview to 11-7, 9-3 NLL and currently in 3rd place.
Leading for Northview was senior middle blocker, Haley Catti, with 8 kills, hitting .412, and sophomore outside hitter, Sydney Hires, with 13 kills, hitting .184. Sophomore outside hitter, Kamryn Hunt, also chipped in another double-double with 13 kills and 11 digs. Junior opposite, Lauryn O'Lenic, led the Wildcats with 3 aces that sparked an initial resurgence from Northview in the 3rd set.
