TOLEDO - First match-up of the new league rivalry of Whitmer vs. Northview, Northview traveled down Alexis Road to get the straight set sweep of the Panthers to move to 7-2, 5-1 NLL (2-1 Buckeye Division).
Leading for Northview was senior opposite/setter, Natalie Kerchevall with 6 aces, which moves her to first place on career aces (currently sitting at 150 total), along with adding 4 kills, 11 digs, and 8 assists.
Also leading of the Cats was sophomore outside hitter, Tali Twigg, with a team high 11 kills, and both Hannah Davis and Zoe Denny with 7 kills a piece while Davis added 11 digs. Senior setter, Hannah Schoen dished out 23 assists and senior libero Jordyn Pakulski had a team high 14 digs while passing a 2.12.

The sub varsity matches, JV was able to win in straight sets to move to 6-3 overall, 5-1 NLL. Freshman were also victorious in 3 sets, movign to 5-3 overall, 4-1 NLL.
Northview hosts new NLL member Clay on Thursday in Sylvania with freshman starting at 4:45 P.M. and JV and Varsity to follow.
