SYLVANIA - Tuesday was the home opener for the Wildcats for the 2024 season and the result did not go their way with Fremont Ross winning in straight sets 0-3 to push Northview to 0-2 (0-1 NLL) on the season.

Leading for Northview was junior outside hitter, Tali Twigg with 6 kills and sophomore middle blocker, Frankie Ramsdell-Washington with 5 kills. Defensively, senior libero Paige LaBudda had a team-high 8 digs while sophomore setter, Alayna Sauer chipped in 4 aces and 12 assists.
