SYLVANIA - The first Caturday home match for the Wildcats as they hosted Amherst Steele and it was the Comets with the victory in straight sets to push Northview to 2-6 overall.
Leading for Northview was sophomore middle blocker, Frankie Ramsdell-Washington with 8 kills, hitting .238. Also adding to the offense was senior outside hitter, Zoe Denny, with 6 kills; junior opposite, Bri Langenderfer with 4 kills; and freshman middle blocker, Reese Holmes with 3 kills, hitting .333. The offense was led by sophomore setter, Alayna Sauer, with 22 assists, 7 digs, 3 aces and a team-high 4 blocks. Defensively, the Cats were led by senior libero, Paige LaBudda with 9 digs.
