Open to ANY athlete 6th - 12th grade. Athletes from any school and any district are welcome to join. The Sylvania Striders run at 8:00am Monday through Friday... ALL SUMMER! The goal of the program is for every athlete to improve their cardiovascular strength regardless of ability level.
The Sylvania Striders is going on well over thirty years of training athletes. Multiple State Championship teams and individual State Champions have trained with the Sylvania Striders!!
